Charles E. Hawkins is Responsible for the overall recruitment efforts for LifeWay including approximately 350 regular employees per year and more than 2000 temporary employees at three major locations and more than 100 retail operations. He developed first strategic recruiting plan for overall corporate recruiting, also lead
development of first web based recruiting strategy and first intranet hire / employee processing system. He chaired implementation team to implement electronic time and attendance system. He is active in leading HR related seminars and development of employee benefits.
