UESTC MBA Class Visiting Plan
1. UESTC Purpose and exception
Make the MBA students knew the general information of Intel ; get information of Intel platform and products; knew HR management of international company; better understand Intel unique culture and values.
Strengthen the relationship of UESTC& INTEL and accelerate our cooperation.
One person accompany the students and give a brief introduction of INTEL and INTEL (Chengdu) Limited
One person shows the manufacturing operation, platform and products.
one persons from HR department introduce the corporate culture, HR policy and management.
2. Schedule
June 1st, 2006 Intel A7T7 Campus
12:30 leave UESTC
13:50 arrive at INTEL CD site gate, security check-in
14:00—14:10 group photo in front or GPB
14:10—14:20 introduce INTEL and INTEL (Chengdu) Limited
14:20—15:00 introduce the corporate culture and HR policy; exchange opinions of manufacture and operation
15:00—15:15 Q & A
15:15—15:45 introduce the manufacturing and products of A7T7
15:45—16:15 introduce marketing and products of Intel
16:15—16:40 Window show
16:40 leave A7T7 Campus
3. Headcount: 42UESTC will submit name list to Intel before May,30.
4. UESTC will find one shuttle and send the detailed information to Intel in advance
5. Intel will provide the road map.
6. Visitor shall follow Intel regulation when inside Intel facility for safety and security concerns.
l No camera is allowed in non-camera area, include all type of camera or camcorder.
l The group should be accompanied by Intel employees in the site and obey regulations of site
l All group members should be provided visitor badge in the site
l Must be on time
